Spring 2026 Groups
Creative Mindfulness
A low-pressure creative space to unwind, reflect, and play.
A free, facilitated, art-based experience designed to support stress management, emotional exploration, and self-awareness through creative expression. Participants are guided through experiential art activities that are low-stakes, playful, and grounding, offering space for insight into emotions, thoughts, and internal experiences.
The emphasis is on the process of creating rather than the final product — this is not about talent, perfection, or productivity. No prior art experience is needed. Each session includes time for creative exploration, optional reflection and sharing, and grounding practices to support nervous system regulation.
Spaces are limited. If you are interested, and our facilitator will reach out to you.
