Curry Health Center’s Counseling Services supports students’ mental health and overall well-being. We offer individual and group counseling, therapy groups, seminars, and consultation to help students succeed during college.
Who We Are
Our staff includes licensed counselors and psychologists trained in college student development. We also host advanced graduate interns, who work under close supervision by licensed professionals.

Emergency Support
Counseling Services is available for students in crisis during business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.). If you’re concerned about your student, you can consult with our staff to learn how to support them and encourage them to seek help. While we cannot “check in” on students directly, we will see any student who comes to us in distress and coordinate appropriate resources.
Confidentiality
Students 16 and older are legally considered adults. Their counseling is confidential, meaning we cannot share whether they are receiving services — or any details of their care — without their written permission.
Exceptions are made only in life-threatening emergencies, when limited information may be shared with university staff, emergency responders, or parents to ensure safety.
