Accommodations and Exemptions

- The University only requires the MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) vaccine.
- If you are required to complete an externship or practicum and your clinical placement site requires a vaccine that conflicts with your religious beliefs, you must work directly with that site to request an exemption.
- If the placement site does not have its own exemption form, the University has developed a standard form that you may use.
