Limited Submission Opportunities
Some sponsors restrict the number of proposals that may be submitted from a single institution. When this occurs, the 91次元 coordinates an internal review process to ensure we do not exceed the sponsor鈥檚 limit.听
New limited submission opportunities are announced via the weekly newsletter. If you鈥檙e interested in applying, you must submit an internal statement of intent by the posted deadline.听
Internal Review Process
Internal statements of intent are evaluated by the Vice President for Research (VPR). Chairs, deans, or other reviewers may be consulted at the VPR鈥檚 discretion鈥攑articularly in cases with multiple submissions from a single unit. All applicants will be notified by email whether their project is selected to move forward.听
How to Submit
To be considered, submit a single PDF file containing the following materials to Katherine Swan by the end of the internal deadline day.听
1. Opportunity Title
Clearly identify the funding opportunity at the top of your submission.听
2. Project Description (1-2 Pages)
Include a brief overview of your proposed project, its potential impact, and a list of senior personnel with institutional affiliations. Full biosketches are not required at this stage.
3. Preliminary Budget and Narrative聽
Provide an estimated budget and short narrative describing anticipated costs (e.g., personnel, travel, supplies, subawards, indirect cost recovery). A full detailed budget is not necessary.听
