Facilities Services Building & Grounds Maintenance crews support the day‑to‑day operation and upkeep of all state‑funded campus facilities. Services for auxiliary, research, and non‑state buildings are also available upon request.

Our Services Include:
- Grounds maintenance, including snow removal, lawn care, and tree pruning
- Exterior building maintenance and repairs, including sidewalks and surrounding grounds
- Interior maintenance of building finishes and systems
- Interior and exterior painting
- Maintenance of public interior areas
- Management of heating and cooling schedules
- Maintenance and repair of campus utility systems
- Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical installation, maintenance, and repairs
- Routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of life‑safety and support systems such as fire alarms, emergency lighting, generators, elevators, exhaust fans, and filtration systems
- Campus moves and event setup support
- Limited remodel and renovation projects
