Wellbeing Support Coaches
Did you know we offer free personalized support through our Wellbeing Support Coaches? Whether you’re stressed, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, our coaches are here to listen and guide you. You can book with a specific coach or at a time that fits your schedule and online students can request Zoom when booking.

- Tailored Support: Our coaches will customize their approach to your individual needs, helping you get the most out of your sessions. 1:1 well-being support for students in person or via zoom on the specific areas of wellbeing.
- Comprehensive Wellbeing: We address a range of concerns, from stress and anxiety to time management, sleep, movement, nutrition, and more. We're here to support you in finding the right balance and connecting you with resources that suit your situation.

Referrals
What Is An Appropriate Referral?
- Support in coping with stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed
- Sleep and Sleep hygiene
- Time Management and Procrastination
- Movement and Nutrition
- Assistance with finding the right resource for support

- Complete referral within Navigate- Select alert reasons “Wellness”
