The Curry Health Center Wellbeing department is dedicated to creating a campus environment that promotes wellbeing, connection, and a sense of belonging for everyone. We foster a culture of holistic health, comprehensive student wellbeing, and academic success for the UM community.

We use data-driven, integrative strategies to empower students in enhancing their wellbeing across eight key dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, social, occupational, environmental, financial, and intellectual.

We are the people on campus who help you feel better and live your optimal life. Our work is rooted in prevention, and we are always up for a casual drop-in and conversation about how we can better support you.

While our initiatives primarily focus on student wellbeing, our Relaxation Station, Hibernation Station, and monthly Wellbeing events are open to the entire campus community.

We offer a variety of services, innovative programming, and spaces designed to support your wellbeing, including Wellbeing Support Coaches (for students), The Relaxation Station and Hibernation Station, Wellbeing Wednesdays, the Wellness Wall and various trainings, presentations, and programming.

Wellbeing Support Coaches are peer-trained health and wellness coaches who provide individual support to students. Our coaching model is built on the belief that support is a necessary part of being a successful student and helps you find direction in enhancing your overall wellbeing.

Yes, we can see any currently enrolled student virtually. When scheduling an appointment, you will be asked if you would like an in-person or virtual appointment.

Yes! We host Wellbeing Wednesdays on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. These events feature stress-reducing activities like chair massages and visits from therapy dogs to help students relax and recharge.
In addition to our Wellbeing Wednesdays, we host Stress Less the week before finals to support students during a stressful time. Stress Less takes place at the UC, Payne Native American Center, and the Missoula College.

Yes. We encourage campus groups to engage with our services. You can Request A Program on our website to organize an innovative program or presentation tailored to your needs.

There is no cost for any of our services or programming.
