Kettlebell Fundamentals
Kettlebell Fundamentals is an 8-week class designed around full body coordination and proper technique, while building strength and endurance. Throughout the class participants will learn the basics of kettlebell anatomy, how to harness the weight of a bottom-heavy bell to their advantage, and how to perform exercises safely and effectively. Not only will kettlebell specific postures and exercises such as the hinge, swing, press, clean, and snatch be mastered, but participants will also learn a wide range of exercises where a kettlebell may be used in place of other gym equipment.
Kettlebell training is easily adaptable to different training needs and goals wherever they are in their fitness journey. This class will provide individuals with new skills and a healthy respect for how the kettlebell can be incorporated into their everyday workout.

- Limited to 8 participants

Ski Conditioning
Ready for your strongest, healthiest, and most confident ski season? This progressive class will focus on lower body strength, power, agility, balance, and core stability to ensure a succcessful and injury free time on the slopes!
- October 21 - December 11, 2025
- Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8 - 9am (no class 11/11 or 11/27) in the Functional Trainer Corner, located upstairs in the Weight Room
- Limited to 10 people (6 minimum needed to run the session)

- Students: $100 for all 8 weeks
- Non-student members: $130 for all 8 weeks
