Our private yoga sessions are tailored to your individual goals, whether you’re new to yoga, looking to refine your practice, or seeking a customized approach to strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Work one-on-one with a certified yoga instructor who will guide you through poses, breathwork, and alignment to support your unique needs. Physical healing, injury prevention, increased energy, decreased anxiety, and personal growth are just a few of the positive outcomes from engaging in private yoga sessions. Open to beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

Private yoga, working one-on-one with an instructor with complete focus on inidividual movement patterns and areas of need.

Meet our Instructor
Kelsea Spotts
Kelsea has been teaching and practicing yoga for 5 years. Her knowledge is rooted in the principles of Hatha Yoga—effort, alignment, ease of breath, and intentional movement. Since moving to Missoula, she has diversified her practice by teaching strength and mobility classes for athletes and climbers, gentle yoga for adults and the elderly, and holding her own Hatha Yoga class at The Montana Yoga Festival. Classes with Kelsea are woven with powerful themes and rounded out by breathwork and meditation that aspires to give students a full body-mind experience and an empowering new perspective. She aspires to teach yoga one-on-one and create lasting impact in the lives of her students.
When not teaching yoga, she is most likely traveling, climbing and running, writing stories, sketching, or cooking up a delicious meal!
Education: B.A. in Literature and Creative Writing (UofM), 50hrs of continuing education in yogic philosophy and history
Certifications: Yoga Alliance 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Level 2 Certification from Inner Peace Reiki, CPR/ AED and Wilderness First Aid

- All private yoga sessions are 60 minutes long.
- Sessions are available by appointment only.
- Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable unless a session was canceled by Campus Recreation administration.
- No show and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will be charged for the session.
