The Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR@UM) enriches and supports undergraduate research across the disciplines at the 91次元. Part of the Broader Impacts Group, OUR@UM works to foster vibrant undergraduate research and creative scholarship communities, culminating each year in the 91次元 Conference on Undergraduate Research (UMCUR).
OUR@UM supports undergraduate research and creative scholarship by:
- Advising students at all stages in their project development during individual appointments;
- Offering workshops and events focused on cultivating research and creative scholarship skills;
- Connecting students with faculty mentors and research and creative scholarship opportunities;
- Organizing UMCUR, an annual celebration of undergraduate research and creative scholarship;
- Developing a UM undergraduate research and creative scholarship journal.
