Students need to complete and submit the Application for Graduation to the UM Graduate School office. As a reminder, you need to be enrolled in at least a 3-credit course during the semester you want to graduate in (UM Graduate School’s Continuous Registration Policy - ).
Commencement
No tickets are required for the main ceremony or for the individual department ceremony. If you haven't done so already, contact the Administration Office to RSVP with an approximate number of family and guests expected to be in attendance.
- Caps and gowns can be ordered through the official regalia provider. Information on ordering will be available by February on the Office of the Registrar’s Commencement webpage.
