Building a strong connection to community and working in collaboration with partners across all sectors, this role assists local businesses and organizations understand and adapt to the needs of the incoming workforce by serving as an advisor, resource, trainer, and facilitator. Positioned within the People & Culture sector, the role is intended to provide those same functions to all units across campus who may seek collaborative support.
