Dr. Eric Arzubi

Dr. Eric Arzubi co-founded Frontier Psychiatry in 2019 to introduce an accelerated, more aggressive response to Montana’s growing mental health crisis. He served as Chair of Psychiatry at the Billings Clinic from 2014 to 2019, during which time he led the creation of Montana’s first psychiatry residency training program and the launch of Montana’s first EmPATH Unit, a service dedicated to providing timely care to individuals in crisis. In 2020, the Montana Medical Association presented Dr. Arzubi with one of its top physician awards, the Doctor Jack McMahon Service to Montana Physicians Award, for his contributions. Dr. Arzubi is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Yale Child Study Center. He has proudly served as President of the Big Sky Regional Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and as a board member of the School-Based Health Alliance. Dr. Arzubi is board certified in general psychiatry and child/adolescent psychiatry.
Hollin Buck
Hollin Buck currently serves as the Program Manager at Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies, where she works with professionals across Montana to strengthen the confidence, competence, and capacity of parents and caregivers during the most formative years of their children’s lives. Her work focuses on empowering families and building sustainable support systems that make a lasting impact on child development and family wellbeing. A native Montanan, she returned home after earning a master’s degree in psychology from SUNY-Binghamton to begin her work in early childhood systems. With expertise in family-centered care and early childhood development, she spent over a decade working in and supporting early intervention programs dedicated to supporting families with children with disabilities. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Montana on skis, bikes, and the water with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
Daniel Champer
Daniel currently serves as the Director of Clinical and Residential Services for Florence Crittenton Family Services. A farm kid from Ohio, Daniel believes in hard work partnered with care and nurture. He has worked for over 15 years in the mental health field and has served as a direct care staff, therapist, clinical supervisor, and clinical director in programs specializing in lockdown residential treatment, sex offender treatment, group home care, school-based services, and outpatient services. He earned his Masters of Arts in Counseling from Waynesburg University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Daniel specializes in childhood development and complex trauma work throughout the life stages. He is passionate about digging in and coming alongside the tough and complicated situations that so many experience. He and his wife stay busy after work chasing seven children and a variety of farm animals in an attempt to live simply but fully.
Dr. Kristy Christopher-Holloway
Dr. Kristy Christopher-Holloway is a counselor educator, Licensed Professional Counselor (GA), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (UT), National Certified Counselor, Board Certified Tele-Mental Health Provider, counselor supervisor, and Certified Perinatal Mental Health professional. She is the founder and director of New Vision Counseling Center, LLC, and New Vision Consulting and Training, LLC, both based in Georgia, USA. Through her clinical, educational, and consulting work, Dr. Christopher-Holloway is deeply committed to advancing culturally responsive, trauma-informed mental health care across the lifespan, with a particular emphasis on reproductive and perinatal mental health.
Dr. Christopher-Holloway serves as a faculty trainer, curriculum manager, and subject matter expert for Postpartum Support International. She is also a published co-author in counseling books, mental health encyclopedias, peer-reviewed journals, and professional magazines, and she has contributed to and been interviewed by various print and online platforms on topics related to perinatal mental health and infertility. Her scholarship and public-facing work center on amplifying the lived experiences of racially and ethnically minoritized women and translating research into meaningful clinical and community impact. Her research agenda includes studies examining the psychoemotional impact of infertility among religious and spiritual African American women, the experiences of Black couples navigating infertility alongside perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), and ongoing collaborative research focused on the perinatal mental health experiences of high-achieving Black women.
Clinically, Dr. Christopher-Holloway specializes in working with racial and ethnic minoritized women navigating infertility trauma, birth trauma, reproductive loss, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. In addition to her direct clinical work, she provides pre-licensure supervision, clinical consultation, mentorship, and coaching for clinicians and practice owners, with a special focus on ethical, sustainable, and values-aligned private practice development.
A nationally and internationally sought-after speaker, Dr. Christopher-Holloway presents on topics including the psycho-emotional impact of infertility in African American women, perinatal mood disorders, the Strong Black Woman schema and generational trauma, and cultural competence and humility in clinical practice. She has also been featured as a celebrity therapist on Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, further expanding public conversations around mental health, identity, and healing.
Dr. Christopher-Holloway has held numerous leadership roles within the counseling profession. She is the immediate past Co-Chair of the American Counseling Association of Georgia, served as the 2023–2025 Southern Region Representative for the Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development (AMCD), and currently serves as the 2025–2026 President-Elect of AMCD, preparing for her Presidential term beginning July 2026. Her leadership reflects a longstanding commitment to advocacy, professional development, and equity within counseling and counselor education.
Her work has been recognized with multiple honors, including the Breakthrough Award for Outstanding Research from the National Board for Certified Counselors, awarded in recognition of her contributions to the understanding of mental health and infertility.
Outside of her professional roles, Dr. Christopher-Holloway is a wife and a homeschooling mother of three. She also dabbles in content creation, sharing reflections on homeschooling, homemaking, and family life, offering an authentic glimpse into the integration of personal values, wellness, and professional purpose.
Dr. Swathi Krishna

Dr. Swathi Krishna is dual board-certified in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Krishna works with children, adolescents, and families and her treatment modalities include medication management, holistic treatments, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. Dr. Krishna collaborates with patients to create attainable goals and treatment plans that incorporate both the mind and body. Swathi completed her general psychiatry residency at Morehouse School of Medicine and her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Emory School of Medicine. She is also an alumnus Minority Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and has worked on special projects for mental health innovation through the APA and Stanford University. She is currently serving as the Director of Child and Adolescent Services for Frontier Psychiatry and the Primary Psychiatrist for the MT-PAL Child Consultation Line.
Wendy Morris
Josh Spiney
Josh Spinney is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Counselor Supervisor at Cody Regional Health’s Cedar Mountain Center, where he has served since 2015. He works with outpatient, intensive outpatient, and residential treatment clients and brings extensive experience across the continuum of behavioral health care.
Josh earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from Saginaw Valley State University in 2008 and his Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Central Michigan University in 2012. In addition to his role at Cody Regional Health, he owns and operates a private practice and consulting business, Cody Counseling and Consulting.
Prior to his current role, Josh provided therapy in a variety of clinical and hospital settings, including work with Crisis Intervention Teams in emergency departments, a community mental health agency, and an inpatient psychiatric hospital serving adolescents in Michigan. Throughout his career, he has worked with children and families, adolescents, and adults presenting with a wide range of mental health needs.
Josh specializes in family systems work, severe and persistent mental illness, substance use disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders. He has received extensive training in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology.
Amy Stiffarm
Dr. Megan Verlage, MD

Dr. Verlage is a Board Certified in General Adult Psychiatrist. After finishing her undergraduate education at Harvard University and medical school training at the Ohio State University College of Medicine, she completed her residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. During residency she completed the Women's Mental Health track which included specialized training for women during the reproductive lifespan. After residency she continued with UT Southwestern Medical Center as an Assistant Professor and worked as an emergency psychiatrist at Parkland Memorial Hospital. Currently she works as an Adult psychiatrist at Frontier Psychiatry, along with running her own private practice in Columbus, OH.
Shelbi Wolff
Shelbi attended Montana State University- Billings where she graduated with an Associate of Arts in Rehabilitation and Related Services, a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, and Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. Shelbi holds a vast knowledge in treating incarcerated individuals with co-occurring disorders which provides a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health and a commitment to personalized, client-centered care. After approximately 8 years of working with incarcerated individuals, she transitioned to Frontier Psychiatry in October 2024 where she is serving a variety of individuals on an outpatient basis. Shelbi is currently dually licensed as an addiction counselor (LAC), and a clinical professional counselor (LCPC).
