A team of dedicated students, lecturers and activists work together to share the story of Emma Sansaver, her dress and her boarding school experience. What started as a social justice practicum class with like-minded students who just created a pop-up exhibit for outreach and education, today has evolved into the team Emma. Team Emma is made up of students from undergraduate to doctorate level, and professionals in the field of repatriation and collections management among others.

Team Emma uses either the buckskin dress or pop-up exhibits for its outreach programs through exhibitions, workshops, talk shows, basketball games, publications, etc.
