National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber-Defense (CAE-CD) Education
The National Security Agency (NSA) has identified Missoula College as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber-Defense (CAE-CD) Education. The CAE designation is bestowed to colleges that deliver an NSA-approved Cybersecurity curriculum led by faculty with the appropriate academic and industry-recognized credentials.
The Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE-CD) designation indicates that Missoula College is helping reduce threats to our national infrastructure by promoting higher education and research in cyber-defense and providing the nation with a pipeline of qualified cybersecurity professionals.
All regionally accredited two-year, four-year, and graduate-level institutions in the United States are eligible to apply to become a CAE-CD designated institution.
