Important Dates

2026 Leader Dates

Anyone interested in applying to be a FWE leader needs to:

  1. by March 27, 2026
  2. Attend our mandatory spring  (see dates and details below)
  3. Have a current certification appropriate to the role for which you are applying (see descriptions under the Become a Leader section)

  • Friday March 6th 5:30-9:30pm; CPR Training (Location TBD)
  • Saturday March 7th-8th 8am-5pm; FWE Wilderness First Aid

  • Friday, March 27th 2:30-5pm; ALI Auditorium

  • Saturday, March 28 5:30-9:30pm; CPR 

  • Friday, April 3rd 2:30-5pm; ED123

  • Friday, April 10th 2:30-5pm; ALi Auditorium

  • Friday, April 17th 2:30-5pm; ALi Auditorium

  • Friday and Saturday, April 24th (2:30 pm) – April 25th (5pm) - overnight at Lubrecht

  • Friday, May 1st 2:30-5pm; ALi Auditorium

  • Tuesday, August 11th 8am - 5pm, required staff training

  • Wednesday, August 12th 8am - 5pm, required staff training
