Environmental Health is charged with managing all Hazardous, Radioactive, and Biohazardous materials on campus and ensures that the selection, use, and disposal of these materials by all UM employees and departments is consistent with UM policy, State and Federal law and is clearly communicated to & complied with for the health and safety of all parties. In doing so, EH strives to be current on all pertinent issues relating to these materials.
