Wellbeing Support Coach
Are you feeling stressed or struggling to meet challenges most days? Our Wellbeing Support Coach, Allie Jellison, is here to support you. Allie has partnered with UM Wellness and Leadership to provide prevention support for wellbeing-related issues to all College of Education students. Services provided:
- 1:1 wellbeing support for students in person or via Zoom.
- Assist students in accessing resources on and off campus.
- Support in coping with stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed.
