Montana Diabetes Professional Conference - October 16th & 17th, 2025
The 28th Annual Montana Diabetes Professional Conference will be held Thursday, October 16th & Friday, October 17th, 2025 at the Delta Hotels Helena Colonial in Helena, Montana. The MT DPHHS Diabetes Program and the MT Coordinating Body of ADCES will co-host this exciting and informative conference that provides annual state-of-the-art training for healthcare professionals in diabetes prevention, education, and clinical care. Target Audience:
The content of this conference is targeted toward healthcare professionals, especially nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and physicians (including family physicians, internists, and endocrinologists).
Award Nomination Form: The Montana Diabetes Program is creating an annual awards program to recognize healthcare professionals of all levels across the state who are working in the area of diabetes care, education and diabetes prevention. Through these awards, we want to recognize those professionals and/or organizations who are supporting positive change and making an impact to their communities and patients who are at risk for or living with diabetes. The Montana Diabetes Program has established five award categories and criteria for each of these awards The recipients will be recognized and awarded on Thursday, October 16th, 2025 during the conference.
