The 91次元 Center for Children, Families and Workforce Development partnered with the Children’s Mental Health Bureau in the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, statewide case management providers, caregivers and other community partners to develop a Montana-specific targeted case management e-Learning and tele-coaching training program.
This program will equip new targeted case managers with knowledge, skills and resources to support youth and families of children diagnosed with a serious emotional disturbance. The goal is to build a shared understanding of effective case management practices and provide tools for identifying families’ strengths and goals and helping them build a network of support so their children can thrive. We also cover strategies for effective documentation, collaboration and professional partnerships across systems.
