The Center offers responsive support and adaptable approaches to help our partners build internal capacity, efficacy and sustainability.
Our Services
- Program sustainability: Engage in thought partnership to support programmatic decision-making with sustainability in mind.
- Data-driven decision making: Assess capacity to collect, use and present relevant data.
- Outreach and marketing: Help create or consult on marketing materials and guide effective use of traditional and digital marketing tools.
- Revenue and resource maximization: Provide grant writing assistance, including identifying available funding opportunities and drafting, reviewing and editing applications.
- Policy leadership: Develop or consult on internal policies that support functioning, such as board development, hiring practices or 501c3 status.
