University Budget Committee Meetings for the 2025-2026 Academic Year
The University Budget Committee meets from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. once per month on or around the second Wednesday of that month. The schedule may be subject to change.
- November 5, 2025 – Budget Committee Review of FY26 Allocations: Summary of deliberations, outcomes, and final funding decisions.
- December 17, 2025 – Follow-Up on November Scenario Planning Sessions: Overview of insights gained, adjustments proposed, and decisions emerging from the November meetings.
- January 21, 2026 – Discussion of FY27 Revenue Projections and Budget Priorities: Overview of the anticipated funding outlook, including initial budget requests (if applicable) and potential application of scenario planning reductions in the event of a projected shortfall.
- February 18, 2026 – Enrollment Estimates if available, UBC reviews and discuss any budget request rankings or shortfall decisions if applicable
- March 25, 2026 – Sector Allocation Review
- April 15, 2026 – Strategic Funding Review
