Question: How do I get to Banner?
Answer: Go to My UM for Employees and click on the Banner link, login with your NetID and password.
Question: What are the required browser settings for Banner?
Answer: You can use your favorite browser to access Banner.
Question: I am getting a session timed out error and can't access Banner, what can I do?
Answer: You may need to clear your cache. You can do this via control + shift + delete. In the new window, select a time period to clear out.
You can also use an incognito/private browsing session. CNTRL-SHIFT-N will open an incognito/private browser window. From there, login to Banner just as you normally would.
