Prospective Graduate Students
The Avian Science Center (ASC) accepts new graduate students when funding is available to support a stipend, tuition, mandatory fees and other graduate program costs. Funding may be provided through ASC projects or secured independently by prospective students.
Most ASC-affiliated students pursue graduate degree through the Wildlife Biology Program, which offers both research-based (thesis) and non-research (professional) MS options, as well and PhD training
We welcome inquiries from motivated students interested in birds, ecosystems, and conservation. If you are considering graduate study with ASC, please contact us with a description of your interests and career goals, along with your motivation, accomplishments, and capacity to learn as stated in the Wildlife Biology Program’s graduate student application process.
