SIHI Hosts 2025 Pathways to Health Symposium

SIHI will host the 3rd annual Pathways to Health Symposium on October 14-15, 2025, at the Kwataqnuk Resort in Polson, MT. Hosted by the L.S. Skaggs Institute for Health Innovation (SIHI), we convene rural and tribal community leaders, healthcare providers, and industry representatives to build pathways for access to clinical trials across rural and tribal communities.
The Pathways Symposium: Clinical Trials in Rural & Tribal Communities, aims to give a voice to patients in our communities affected by lack of access to clinical trials and emerging health innovations. We are bringing together patients, healthcare providers, researchers, and industry representatives to explore innovative solutions to clinical trial access.
Pathways will feature speakers from rural research programs, stories from patients and their advocates, and open discussions about the impacts of clinical trial access. The symposium begins on Tuesday, October 14th at 8 AM Mountain Time. We will wrap up Day 1 with a seated dinner and a keynote speaker. The symposium will continue at 8 AM on Wednesday, October 15th, and conclude at 5 PM. Get ready for 2 days full of fast rounds, panels, and open discussions with the audience!
As a leader in developing partnerships to promote access to care and broader health initiatives in resource-limited areas, SIHI aims to engage the community in open dialogue around regional approaches to promoting research capacity, partnerships with local health systems and providers, and innovative delivery models. Join us in beautiful Polson, Montana, to explore innovative models for conducting clinical research and build pathways to expand access to clinical trials within rural and tribal communities.
