Room Reservations
Please email registrar_rooms@umontana.edu from a valid UM email address to reserve a classroom for a UM-sponsored event or student study group not related to regular class meeting times.
The following information is required:
- Requestor's UM employee or student ID number
- Date and time of the event
- Room capacity requirements
- Room accessibility requirements
- Please note that rooms for all advertised or open to the public events must be accessible.
- Building, room, and technology requirements and preferences
- Group or class information, such as UM affiliation, course number, CRN, etc.
- Name, telephone number, and UM email address of a contact person for the request
To reserve a study room in the Mansfield Library, please contact the Mansfield Library.
For all other room requests, please contact Conference and Event Services.
