Request Access to Scholarship Portal
The following link allows you to request adding or removing a Scholarship Opportunity Administrator for the scholarship portal;
- Must be filled out by Director or Dean of College
- If the individual is new, you still need to send their information to the 91次元 Foundation and Financial Aid offices so they can be included on the Listserv.

Scholarship Award Summary Sheets
Departments can use these electronic forms when submitting scholarship award requests to the Financial Aid Office. Fill out the correct form based on if it is an initial award or corrections as well as the academic year of the scholarship awards. All completed and signed award summary sheets are to be emailed only.
Where to send Award Summary Sheets and Corrections:
- Award Summary Sheet: fascholarships@mso.umt.edu and umfawardsummarysheets@supportum.org
- Corrections Award Summary Sheet: fascholarships@mso.umt.edu, umfawardsummarysheets@supportum.org and barb.bybee@mso.umt.edu
If an award will be charged to a Sponsored Project (a research grant) it must be routed through ORSP and not sent directly to Financial Aid.

Summer Award Summary Sheets:
You must request a summer award summary sheet from the UM Foundation.
2025-2026 Award Summary Sheets:
How to Sign Award Summary sheets:
Award Summary sheet’s and Award Summary Correction sheets can be signed the following ways.
- A physical signature by the dean, director or responsible party. Then Scanned and emailed.
- An electronic signature by the dean, director or responsible party, using DocuSign, Adobe or Excel.
- And email from the dean, director or responsible party stating that they approve the attached award summary sheet.
If you have questions regarding who can sign for your department please reach out to the Foundation and they can let you know.
Reminder: Please DO NOT send completed award summary sheets to individual staff members, send to the office designated email accounts listed above for your reference.
Thank you Letters information:
Many scholarships awarded to 91次元 students are made possible by the generous support of donors. We encourage students to write a thank you letter to the donor(s) who supported the scholarship(s) they received. This personal outreach is a meaningful way to share with donors the academic achievements and proud moments students feel scholarships helped make possible. If you are working with students who have questions about writing or submitting a thank you letter, please direct them to .
