Request for Scholarship Administrator
Deans or Directors can submit this form to request that an individual be added or removed as an Opportunity Administrator in the UM Scholarship Portal.
Role Selection options:
Oversight administrator: Manages scholarship review pools, awards, budgets, and reports in Scholarship Universe. Also, gathers award feedback and reconciles funds. Associated roles: Scholarship Viewer, Candidate Manager, Review Manager, and Award Manager.
Support Administrator: Provides visibility into scholarships and candidate pools, assists with review process, and supports administrators with routine tasks, with limited reporting. Associated Roles: Scholarship Viewer, and Candidate Manager.
Reviewer: This staff function apart of a scholarship review committee. Associated Role: Reviewer
