Personal Summary
I believe counseling is a collaborative and empowering process. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged to pursue your goals. I take a relational, strength-based, and client-centered approach, always honoring your unique experiences and needs.
I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, navigating significant life transitions, sleep difficulties, stress management, identity exploration, family dynamics, and relationship concerns. My approach draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My ultimate goal is to support students in building meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling lives.
