CHARGE
The University Conduct Board (UCB) is responsible for hearing separation-level cases, which involve student disciplinary matters and academic disciplinary matters that could lead to suspension or expulsion from the University of Montna. The UCB convenes with boards comprising at least three members and a non-voting Board Chair. The board's composition depends on the nature of the alleged misconduct. The UCB also reviews policies and procedures related to University conduct in consultation with staff and provides feedback and recommendations as appropriate.
