On Friday, July 25, the 91次元 hosted an event to celebrate 35th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a landmark civil rights law signed on July 26, 1990. The ADA has been instrumental in shaping a more inclusive society by prohibiting discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life.

Held on the patio and terrace of the Montana Museum for Art and Culture (MMAC), the event brought together an enthusiastic group of participants. The event honored decades of advocacy led by people with disabilities and highlighted the progress UM has made in advancing accessibility and inclusion.

The gathering also marked the beginning of a year-long commitment to learning and action, reaffirming the university’s dedication to ensuring that access continues to lead the way.
